Commands

Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P / Cmd+Shift+P) and type Vegha to see these.

Collections and requests

Command	What it does
Vegha: New Collection…	Create a collection (a folder with `collection.bru`).
Vegha: New Request…	Add an HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC or GraphQL request.
Vegha: New Untitled Request	Open an unsaved GET request.
Vegha: New Request from cURL…	Create a request from a cURL command.
Vegha: Open in Vegha Editor	Open a `.bru` file in the visual editor.
Vegha: Open as Text	Open a request as `.bru` text.
Vegha: Send Request	Send the active request. Also `Ctrl+Enter` in the editor.
Vegha: Copy as Code…	Copy a code snippet for the request.
Vegha: Copy as cURL	Copy the request as a cURL command.
Vegha: Run Requests First…	Set the requests that run before everything in a folder or collection.
Vegha: Delete Collection…	Delete a collection folder.
Vegha: Refresh	Re-scan the workspace for collections.

The Collections view’s context menu also has New Folder…, Rename…, Delete and Reveal in Explorer View.

Vegha: Run Collection…	Open the collection runner.
Vegha: Import into Vegha…	Import Postman, Insomnia, Thunder Client, OpenAPI, WSDL or Bruno.
Vegha: Export Collection…	Export to Postman, OpenAPI 3, Bruno or Insomnia.

Vegha: Select Environment…	Choose the active environment (also in the status bar).
Vegha: New Environment…	Create an environment.
Vegha: Import Environment…	Import from Postman, Insomnia, Thunder Client or `.env`.
Vegha: Reset Session Variables	Clear runtime variables set by scripts and captures.

The Environments view’s context menu also has Set Active, Deactivate, Edit Environment, Duplicate…, Delete and Open as Text.

History entries have Open as Request and Show Recorded Response. Cookies have Delete Cookie.

Command	What it does
Vegha: Set Up MCP for Other Agents…	Copy an MCP setup for Claude Code, Cursor and others.
Vegha: Show Logs	Open the Vegha output channel.
Vegha: Restart Engine	Restart the bundled engine process.
