TeamSpaces terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
TeamSpaces, the web part for Microsoft SharePoint and the extension for Azure DevOps (“the app”), is provided by VAMC Technologies (“we”, “us”) under the Standard Contract for Microsoft Marketplace (“the Standard Contract”). The Standard Contract is the app’s end-user licence agreement. By installing or using the app you agree to it on behalf of your organisation.
The notes below describe how the app is offered. If anything in them conflicts with the Standard Contract, the Standard Contract applies.
Price
The app is free of charge.
Your content
Pages, drafts, comments, images and other content created with the app belong to you. They are stored only in your SharePoint sites or Azure DevOps organisation (see the privacy policy). We have no access to them.
You are responsible for the content you store and import, for your SharePoint and Azure DevOps permissions, and for backups and retention.
Microsoft 365
The app runs on Microsoft SharePoint Online and needs a Microsoft 365 subscription. Your use of Microsoft 365 is governed by your agreement with Microsoft.
Azure DevOps
The extension runs in Azure DevOps Services and is installed from the Visual Studio Marketplace. Your use of Azure DevOps is governed by your agreement with Microsoft.
Support and updates
Support is provided as described on the support page. We may release updates, which your tenant administrator installs through the SharePoint App Catalog. Azure DevOps updates the extension in your organisation automatically.
Stopping use
You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your App Catalog, or by uninstalling it from your Azure DevOps organisation. Your content stays on your sites, or in your repositories.
